Is the 2 weeks really free?
Yes. The consultation and the 2-week start cost nothing, there's no card up front and nothing to sign. It's the simplest way for you to see how we work, on your own website and pages, before you spend anything.
What happens after 2 weeks?
We go over what got done and what we'd do next. If you want to keep going, we book your first shoot day. If not, you keep everything we set up. No hard feelings.
Do I need to give a card?
No. Billing starts only when you tell us you want to keep going after the 2 weeks.
Is there a shoot day in the free 2 weeks?
No. The first 6 posts are made from photos and video you already have. The shoot day, with drone, starts with the first paid month.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. It's month to month, and you can cancel any month. You keep the footage, the files and the accounts.
Which platforms do you post on?
All five: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
What does ongoing help include?
The shoot day, drone, editing, 3 posts a week on all five platforms, profile upkeep, email campaigns, light website updates and the monthly report and review call are all in it. If you ever want an extra shoot day or a one-off project, we'll quote it first and you decide.
What results can I expect?
We promise the work, not a number of leads. You get the shoot day, the videos and the posts, and a monthly report that shows what went out and how it did. Anyone who promises you a lead count before they've seen your business is guessing.
We don't have time for this.
That's the point. The consultation is 30 minutes. After that, your job is looking over posts and saying yes or no, which takes a few minutes. If you keep going, add one day on site a month.
What if we don't like what you make?
We re-edit until it's right. If you wouldn't proudly post the videos, we reshoot them. If a post isn't right, we redo it.
What about safety and anything confidential?
We follow your safety and PPE rules, and the rules at any customer or job site. Tell us what's off-limits and it stays off camera. You see everything before it's posted.
